Reverend Natasha C. Rouse
Not only has Rev. Rouse pursued her gift of preaching in the Kingdom of God, but Rev. Rouse can be found using her gift of teaching on a daily basis by being a part of the Miller Street School Team which is located in the heart of Newark, NJ.
Reverend Natasha Rouse received her calling to preach the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ at the early age of 13. She was licensed to preach God’s Word at 16. She was later ordained an Itinerant Deacon in the AME Church at age 21 and then an Itinerant Elder at the age 23. Reverend Johnson was the youngest of her class to receive both orders.
Reverend Natasha Rouse is not only prepared in her heart to declare God’s Word, but she is also prepared in mind as well. Reverend Rouse received her Bachelors of Science Degree with honors in Pre-Med/Biology from Virginia Union University in Richmond, VA. She also received her Masters of Divinity Degree with honors in the concentration of New Testament Studies and Pastoral Care & Counseling from Turner Theological Seminary of The Interdenominational Theological Center located in Atlanta, GA. Currently, Rev. Rouse is enrolled at Grand Canyon University where she is pursuing her Master of Arts Degree in Education with a major in Supervision and Leadership.
Rev. Rouse lends her gift of teaching every 4th Monday of every Month at “Mentoring Monday” which is an ARM of At the Well Ministries©, which is a ministry founded by Reverend Rouse under the direction and unction of God and the Holy Spirit. When she is not teaching or preaching, Reverend Rouse can be found either counseling wives, young women, engaged and married couples, children and their families or praying for the leaders, friends and families.
Reverend Rouse is happily married to a great Man of God who is her best friend. Reverend Vincent M. Rouse serves as the Pastor of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in the city of Newark, New Jersey. They are the proud parents of Vincent Maurice Rouse Jr. and Victoria Michelle Rouse.
Reverend Rouse, affectingly called God’s Prophetess, has truly been called by God to Encourage, Equip, Enlighten, Teach, and Preach to a dying world and the lost, the goodness of Jesus Christ. She had traveled all over the country teaching and preaching the Gospel of our Lord & Savior, JESUS CHRIST! Her favorite saying is “Only what you do for Christ will last!”
